What is the minimum quantity?
Minimums vary by design. Stock designs can start at 12 pieces; fully custom work usually starts at 50. Individual product tiers may differ. Below-minimum requests can incur a ₱5,000 fee, subject to confirmation.
How long does production take?
The published standard is 2–4 weeks after final sample approval, depending on quantity and design complexity. Rush requests need confirmation.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Craft publishes a sample fee of ₱1,500 for shirts and polos and ₱3,000 for jackets. Final sample terms are confirmed with your brief.
How do payment and delivery work?
Published terms are 50% down payment and 50% upon delivery. Nationwide shipping is available. Orders of ₱50,000 or more qualify for free shipping within NCR and Calabarzon, subject to Craft’s terms. This concept does not process payments.
